I am an IT Professional

Although Network Management was my first passion, my discovery of Microsoft CRM was love at first sight. 

My experience goes back to Microsoft CRM 3.0. Not as far back as the very beginning but far enough to see the evolution of the platform. 

In the beginning they created the sales tool... Dynamics 365 is no longer just a sales tool. Having said that, I love digging into a business process and finding ways to help my users become champions of their world. Dynamics 365 is a great tool to do just that.

Two of my favorite questions are "Wow, You can do that?" & "Ok, if you can do that, can you do this?" The first one puts a smile on my face and the other lets me know I am dong my job because they are engaging. 

As far as Network Management is concerned, I remember collapsing an employers data center down to one physical Server using VMWare. I remember my boss asking where all the servers were and then asking if he still needed to pay me as much because I only had one server to maintain. 

My job is not to create smiles but it is a by-product of many of the things I do...
